Property Description

You will have access to the beach with seasonal tram service and a community pool. This private Seacrest neighborhood is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys, making it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants in these unique 30A communities.
The home is 2.43 acres and has five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It can also accommodate 18 guests. The main open space includes the living, kitchen, and dining rooms. The living room is filled with comfortable spots, all of which are located in front of the 70-inch TV. The gourmet kitchen features high-end professional quality appliances and is fully stocked to meet all your cooking needs.
The large screened-in porch is located right off the living area. It's the perfect spot for entertaining. There are plenty of seats around the 60-inch TV and additional bar-top seating at the gas grill. Take advantage of the outdoor shower with hot water when you return from a day at beach. BEACH ACCESS
Enjoy free tram service (via Seacrest Beach Tram) between March and October. Your beach access at Sunset Beach, 30A. You will need to go to the designated tram pickup location. Call for pickup and the tram should arrive in 15 minutes. It operates 7 days a week. The first pickup is at 9 AM, and the last one at 5:30 PM. Distance: .5 miles | Time: 3 minutes biking

TREETOP VILLAGE
Treetop Village at Seacrest Beach, a gated community, is located just off Highway 98 at the Lofts at Seacrest Beach. Deeded beach access, shuttle service, and a community pool are some of the amenities. This quiet neighborhood is nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. It offers privacy and is within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
FREE AMENITY CREDIT
With every booking, receive a credit towards rental gear that you can use for various items, such as bikes, beach bonfires or tours/experiences. The credit amount will vary depending on the property's size and length. There are certain restrictions, exclusions, and limitations.

All guests receive a Benchmark welcome bag with an initial starter kit of amenities. This includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish spoon, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 trashcan liner. You will receive 1 washcloth/body towel per guest, 2 hand towels per bathroom and 2 washing machine pods.
