Come and enjoy this lovely home! Conveniently located next to Appalachian Ski Resort just one block from the lodge parking areas, this new cabin has all the comforts of home in an elegant package.

The main level features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and an open Great Room that houses the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for everyone. The dining table has ample room for 8, as well as room for three more at the kitchen bar. The living room features a stacked stone gas log fireplace from floor to ceiling, as well as comfortable seating with a flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a half bath located down the hall off the living area. Also on the main level is a spacious master suite, with a King bed, flat screen TV on a swivel mounting, access to the deck, and its own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, tiled shower, and double vanity granite-topped sink.

Downstairs is another living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV, foosball game table, and a selection of family board games. There is another master suite on this level, with a King bed and its own TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower and a granite-topped sink. Down the hall are two more bedrooms, one with a Queen-sized bed and its own TV, and the other with two twin beds and its own TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower and double-vanity granite-topped sinks. All three of the bedrooms on this level have private access to the deck.

On the upper deck, relax in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the views, or grill out a meal and enjoy it on the picnic table. On the lower deck is the hot tub, the perfect place to melt away your troubles.

Located just one block to the entrance of Appalachian Ski Resort, enjoy the convenience of walking to the ski resort from your own slice of heaven. Not into skiing? This home is located less than 10 minutes to Blowing Rock, 10 minutes to Boone, and is a short drive to Sugar Mountain, Ski Beech, Hawksnest Tubing, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, and every other High Country attraction. This home is accessed by a steep gravel driveway. It is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended year around and are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months. Low-riding vehicles are NOT advised year-round. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year!
