Welcome to Bald Mountain Lodge!

 

Bald Mountain Lodge, a charming three-level mountain retreat with five sleeping areas and 3.5 bathrooms, is nestled in a large, wooded, private property with picturesque views of the mountains, located in the Todd area. It's less than a half mile from the New River and only 10 miles away from Boone. West Jefferson is only 14 miles away. Nearby, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, kayaking and fishing, as well as tubing, white-water rafting and more.
 

The main floor of Bald Mountain Lodge has an open-concept dining area and kitchen, with wood floors and tongue-and groove wood ceilings. Exposed beams are also featured. A large wood-burning fire place is located in the middle of a stacked stone wall, with an HD SmartTV atop. The great room is completed with leather furniture, additional seating and reclaimed wood coffee and side tables. A wall of glass doors and windows provides unobstructed views of the mountains, including Bald Mount and Elk Ridge. The banquet-style table with extension can accommodate up to 10 people. The adjacent kitchen island can accommodate two more guests for a total 12 seats. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, and hickory cabinetry. The powder room and half bath are centrally located. The open-air deck wraps around the side of the house and features outdoor seating and a stainless gas barbecue.
 

On the main floor, you'll find a spacious King-size master suite with exposed beams, tongue-in groove wood ceilings, glass door leading to a side deck, Adirondack chairs, a cozy seating area with an armchair and table, HD Smart TV and a master bathroom ensuite with a large slate-tile shower and garden-style soaking bathtub.
 

The upper level has a cozy loft area with two leather armchairs, and two bedrooms with queen beds and vaulted ceilings. One of the upper bedrooms has a twin-trundle bed and the other features an HD Smart TV. The central bathroom upstairs has a combination tub and shower.
 

The lower level has a large den and game room, with a wood-burning fire place, an HD Smart TV and an Xbox One. A leather sofa opens to reveal a Queen sleeper, an air hockey, a shuffleboard, and a Dartboard. The lower level has a large room with a king-size bed and a HD Smart TV. A tub-shower combination is available in another full bathroom located downstairs. On the lower level, there is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a walkout courtyard. A hot tub is also available.
 

The owners have provided kayaks and tubes for guests to use on the New River, located less than a mile away. They also provide two bicycles. A stone courtyard with a fire pit is located next to the lodge. The parking area is level and can accommodate up to four cars. The central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort. This lodge is filled with fun and entertainment, thanks to the high-speed fiber-optic Internet, digital TV, Xbox One, Smart TVs, and Smart TVs that have a variety of options. Two dogs are allowed with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Standard pet fees are charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
