Welcome to Blue Eagle Lodge!

The Blue Eagle Lodge has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is located near Ski Resort on Beech Mountain. It has four levels. Beech Mountain Ski Resort, located 2 miles away, offers snow skiing and snowboarding as well as tubing. The Village is approximately 3 miles from the resort. There are many restaurants and shops. Mountain biking, sledding and frisbee-golf are also available. Buckeye Lake and Recreation Center is located 2 miles away from The Village. On the lake, they offer activities such as kayaking and paddling a canoe. There are picnic areas at the lake.
Buckeye Recreation Center offers fitness and indoor and outdoor activities. There are many ways of playing soccer, baseball, climbing frames, and playgrounds. The track is suitable for walking and running. Fitness classes can be offered. Buckeye Rec Center can be accessed for a small fee per day.
Beech Mtn Club also offers tennis courts, pickleball court and an outdoor pool. There is also a cafeteria and snack bar as well as a spa, gym, fitness centre, sauna, and a sauna. Beech Mountain is 6 miles away from downtown Banner Elk. Within 10 miles, you can find Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Banner Elk Winery. Grandfather Mountain, and its popular hiking trail Profile are both within less than 15 mile radius. Watauga Lake is also within 15 miles. Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Zip Lines Park is less than 18 miles from the hotel. Boone and Blowing Rock are 25 miles apart. Appalachian State University can also be found within 25 miles. Boone Golf Club also is within 25 miles.
Blue Eagle Lodge has four stories and four rooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The open-plan design includes living and dining rooms. All areas have TVs, including the Living, Dining and Kitchen. The Den has a bar/kitchenette. The patio has a chiminea, hot tub and custom-made glass door. This home is ideal for vacationing with its Theater and Games area, as well as numerous outdoor decks. There are covered porches and walkways as well as patios in the open air. In the lower backyard, there is a second outdoor fireplace that burns wood. It is safe for children and pets.
Blue Eagle Lodge is one of the most popular getaway spots for all seasons. The lodge is easily accessible via multiple levels.
The Blue Eagle Lodge is laid out in the following order:
The top level, also called the "main floor", has an open floor plan with vaulted tongue-in-groove ceilings. It also has exposed beams. This is a great option for large meals or parties. Granite countertops, stainless appliances of the highest quality, plenty of cabinet space and counter space, and ample countertop space make it a great choice. Five bar stools are located on the bar-top. The open dining space is located adjacent to the bar top of the kitchen peninsula. It can accommodate up to 13 people with a custom-made dining table in a banquet style. Blue Eagle can seat up to 18 people using the adjacent bar stool seating. The Living Room features a large HD SmartTV and a stone gas fireplace. The Living Room is furnished with leather furniture. The rear deck has an open-air design, a gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and Adirondack style seating. The view of the snow-capped mountains is breathtaking. The main living and dining area is flooded with sunlight through large, wall-to -wall windows. This level also includes an HD Smart Television in the King Bedroom Suite and an ensuite bathroom that can be either a bathtub, or a shower.
The Second Level is lower than the Top Level. It has two bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. The main master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed, a sitting area, and a walk in closet. The master suite comes with its own covered deck. The ensuite master bathroom features a large jetted tub, and a frameless, tiled glass shower. Granite vanity tops are included. You can choose between "his" and "hers" double sinks. The second bedroom suite is a large room with a King over Queen and Queen over Queen bunk beds. The ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The Third Level is one level below the "Master Suite" floor. The property has been redesigned to offer more value to vacationing guests. The King bedroom suite is located on this level and features a HD Smart TV, a gas log fire place. The suite also features a King-size bed. The convertible sleep chair allows you to choose between a single flexible position. There is also a Jack & Jill bathroom (brand-new as of late 2021). You can access the bathroom either from the bedroom or the Den. The shower is large and frameless. The Den, a former garage with two cars, was used as a storage area. It is large enough to store toys and games. It also includes a custom bar with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and sink. The Den is durable, comfortable and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Futon sleeping bag and Futon couches are available. The garage door is made entirely of glass panels. You can open the door to let guests use either the indoor or outdoor Den. It features a wood-burning fire function, Adirondack style rocking chairs and a chiminea. In 2022, a new hot tub will be installed on the patio. The exterior staircase leads into the backyard. The walkway leads you to the backyard's deck. The deck has benches and a wood-burning fire place.
The Fourth Level is also known as "bottom" and is divided into two halves. It is divided into two large rooms that can be accessed from either side by an open threshold. This allows for seamless transitions between rooms. The Theater is located on the left. The theater room has 9 leather seats in the style of a movie theater and a large HD SmartTV. Guests can watch great films in plenty of space. To the left, you'll find a "speakeasy-style" game room with seating.
All six HDTVs are equipped with Smart TVs, which allow access to Netflix Prime and other streaming services. All TVs are equipped with high-speed WiFi internet, digital cable programming and digital cable. The laundry room has a washer/dryer. Per reservation, one pet is allowed. Maximum weight 50 lbs

Beech Mountain Club 


Beech Mountain Club members can apply for a membership transfer by using the Blue Eagle Lodge reservation. The BMC policies govern membership transfers. Guests will receive the BMC Transfer Policy and instructions upon booking. This email must arrive at least three business days before the transfer date. This deadline cannot be extended past your arrival date. Guests will be charged $200 at check-in to transfer their memberships to BMC. Memberships start at the social level. BMC offers guests the opportunity to upgrade their memberships by paying an additional fee (see BMC website for more information).
