Property Description

This four-bedroom home is situated on the peaks of Beech Mountain. The living room and deck offer mountain views. A stone fireplace with gas burner anchors the vaulted-ceiling living room. The galley style kitchen is well-stocked and has four barstool seats in addition to the six-seater dining table.


The downstairs features a King Master Bedroom with a private bathroom and a bunkroom off the main hall. You will find two bedrooms upstairs, one king and one queen, as well as the loft living area, which has a card table, two sofas and can be used for sleeping. Smart TVs in each bedroom allow you to watch TV and stream your favorite shows. The deck has a new hot tub which can accommodate up to eight (8) guests.


This property has parking for up to four (4) cars and is pet-friendly. This property is located at Beech Mountain just minutes from the ski slopes, and 15 minutes away from Banner Elk. This property gives you access to some of the best attractions in the High Country, including Sugar Ski Mountain and Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park.


Beech Mountain Club
Guests who have a reservation for Resting on the Ridge can apply for a membership to the Beech Mountain Club for the dates of the reservations.
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer.
Guests will receive an email containing instructions, BMC transfer policies and the transfer application. The guest must submit this to the club at least three days before the transfer start date. This date cannot be earlier than your arrival date. BMC charges a membership transfer fee of $200 to guests upon check-in. Memberships begin at the social level. BMC will accept additional fees from guests to upgrade their membership. BMC is the only company that administers transfers. Carolina Cabin Rentals has no affiliation with BMC.
