This 3-4 bedroom, 4-bath end unit is located in the popular Rumbling Bald, which offers a wide range of amenities, including golf courses, tennis courts and swimming pools, a fitness center, spas, lazy rivers, restaurants, etc. It has incredibly spacious living quarters. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the unit, making it a short walk from the door.

You'll be greeted by a landing that has two king-sized bedrooms with full bathrooms on either side. (One is en suite and the other is adjacent). Each unit features new furnishings, luxurious bedding, ample space, and plenty of closet space.

You can choose to take a few steps forward or backwards for your next first impression.

Let's go. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, newer appliances including a refrigerator and bar seating. It is open to the living room with a wall window showcasing THAT view: the north channel on Lake Lure.

The large dining table seats six people and is perfectly positioned to watch your favorite TV shows, movies or sports teams while gazing out at the stunning scenery. There's something here for everyone!

The L-shaped sectional can easily and comfortably accommodate a large number of people.

The all-seasons area is well-lit and has an electric fireplace. There are plenty of new, plush seats to enjoy the lake view. You'll also be drawn to the porch deck which offers another stunning waterway and mountain view. This is a great place to grill.

This home's layout, furniture arrangement and space-use is truly a marvel!

A small staircase connects the all-seasons area to a sleeping quarters for teens or pre-teens (4th bedroom area). The enclosed loft is a cozy space with twin beds and luxuriously thick mattresses (also brand-new). It promises to create lifelong memories for slumber parties!

After descending a few steps, you will find the laundry room. You'll also find a second bedroom (with a king-sized bed) and a newly renovated bathroom with double sinks, a large walk-in shower, and luxurious finishes. This second suite has a private deck overlooking the lake. Your morning coffee, afternoon tea, hot apple cider, hot cocoa, or cocktail will taste better than ever.

Below is also a unique area with brand-new games for young and old alike. There is a small bathroom for quick trips or extra showers. The area can be accessed via an outside entrance.

Another very spacious walkout offers plenty of seating and room for a large group to spread out as they enjoy the spectacular view.

The dock is easily accessible via a set of steps that are well-lit.

This home is located less than a half mile from the sandy beach of Lake Lure in Rumbling Bald. It's only 11.1 miles away from the Beach at Lake Lure, near the town centre.

Asheville, only 39.7 mile away, is a great day trip to see the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Ingles Grocery is only 8.1 miles away.

AREA WIDE NOTE: Lake Lure is undergoing a drawdown beginning January 1, 2024 and lasting through the first quarter (March 31, 2024). The lake will be lowered approximately 1 foot per a day until it reaches 12 feet. During this time, infrastructure maintenance, dredging and dam projects will be accelerated. These efforts by the town of Lake Lure could affect the access to the lake or restrict any lake use. Click here for more information. The lake is expected to return to normal levels in mid-late April. We understand that this is an inconvenience but it allows you to enjoy Lake Lure's full beauty during the holiday season and fall. This will not affect smaller lakes in the region, only Lake Lure.
