This fabulous street is centrally situated to both the north and south ends amenities, such as Marco Walk Plaza on South with a variety restaurants, shops and movie theater. This charming split floor plan home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is ideal for entertaining indoors and out on the large lanai that has southern exposure. You will find a barbecue area and 4 chaise loungers outside on the lanai. The master bedroom features a King bed, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in steel shower with grab bars. A soaker tub is available for complete relaxation after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower and have a Queen bed and a pair of Twin beds. A flat-screen TV is located in the family room, and one in the master bed. One small, non-shedding dog is allowed!
