Property Description

UNDER CORONAVIRUS GUIDELINES
Currently ONLY the main house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sleeping loft with 3 twin beds is available. We are renting ONLY to current household units. No combined couples or groups are allowed. Not more than 4 adults with children, all of whom must be already living in the same household.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living room, and is equipped with the essentials.
**Currently, there are NO kitchen pantry staples, condiments, or spices provided. Each guest must supply their own.

The living room has a large flat screen tv, great ocean views and a sliding door out to the deck. The refinished hardwood flooring runs throughout the home.

The master bedroom has a king bed, window seats, slider to spa deck, ocean view, TV/DVD. The master bathroom has a large bathtub with separate stall shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a slider out to the deck, a TV, and ocean views. The bathroom in the hall has a shower stall.

Spiral stairs lead to the loft which will sleep 3 on twins, TV/DVD.

There is a second hot tub nestled in the garden area.

Not far from Urban Escape are marked trails for hiking, exploring, photography and sight seeing. Just beyond the backyard is a grove of cypress trees, home to the Kite hawk. Deer often graze in the meadow as well. Please be aware that the meadow beyond the little yard area off the deck is not for public access. Please respect any neighbors, wildlife, and wild lands.

Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm and 7am every day.

NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.

Dogs must always be on a leash in The Sea Ranch.

The Sonoma County TOT certificate number for this home is 1876.
