Property Description
This stunning four bedroom, four bath unit has plenty of room for 2 families, with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and two rooms with bunk beds, along with a spacious kitchen and great room. It is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Mountain Resort and offers year-round vacation fun. The condo has been renovated with new flooring, new great room furniture, a gourmet kitchen with new cabinets and granite counters, all new appliances, and a new 62' TV.
The great room has a fantastic wood burning stove and sitting area with breathtaking views of the mountains!
The large open kitchen, with breakfast bar, is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glasses and most everything you need to cook meals with family and friends. There is a powder room off the great room/dining room. The unit also offers a huge deck with a patio set facing the Needles and a gas grill.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a new king bed, TV and private full bath with Jacuzzi tub.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and TV. The third bedroom with TV and DVD player has two bunk beds - twin over twin, sleeps 4. The fourth bedroom, also with a Tv and DVD player has a bunk bed - full over full, sleeps 2 to 4. Bedding has been recently replaced in all bedrooms.
On the outside is a heated ski/boot or mountain bike room for your use. To get to the lifts it's a short walk down to the high-speed six pack in the morning. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are located just outside Sitzmark. We hve two parking spaces available for your use. Extra cars can be parked in the main resort parking lot.
This property is pet friendly (with prior approval)and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $200 and will be added to your reservation after you book.
