Located just 17 miles north of downtown Durango, Colorado and 10 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of spectacular cliffs, access to pool and spa facilities, and all the necessities for a brief or extended stay in our luxury condo. 

This completely renovated Tamarron condo is located in the prestigious High Point area. A complete floor to ceiling remodel done combining 3 units into one spacious 2000 square foot unit. We love the results and know you will too! You'll find all high-end furnishings and appliances to complete the look.

There are beautiful views from every window where you can take in the magnificent mountains or the luxurious golf course. Your pictures are sure to be postcard worthy!

Details: this is a beautiful and spacious 2000 square foot condo with 3 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8. The master bedroom features 1 King size bed, the second open loft bedroom has 1 Queen Bed plus a luxury Queen sized sofa sleeper. The 3rd bedroom can be a private suite that can be locked off if desired. It has its own private entrance and full bath room with a Queen sized bed.. For your convenience, you will also find a hair dryer in each bathroom.

For entertainment during your stay, you can enjoy watching TV in the living room on the 42" flat screen with a Blu-ray player. Select a game from an assortment of family board games provided in the condo. There is also a small library of books available for reading. If you must work, the condo also includes high speed WIFI.

There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. The dining room table seats 8 while the breakfast bar seats 3. There are lounge chairs on the large balcony with scenic views, ideally located on the golf course. A BBQ is also furnished on the balcony. 

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need including dishes, silverware, cutlery, pots & pans, mixer, blender, crockpot, and coffee maker. 

If skiing is on your agenda, the resort offers a shuttle service to Purgatory. In the summer, the Silverton Railroad makes a stop just moments away for a day trip to a historic mining town. For outdoor enthusiasts, the activities are truly endless.

A little bit about Tamarron Resort: 

To make your stay complete, Tamarron Resort offers a fitness center with cardio equipment, free weights, assisted weights, and an indoor/outdoor pool with two indoor hot tubs. The men's and women's locker rooms have complimentary day lockers to use, a steam room, sauna and showers. The resort charges a resort fee of $30/day which covers all guests in your party to use these amazing facilities. 

Staying in this unit also gives you access to the Valley Golf course. To play 18 holes, the cost is $185 with a cart. 9 holes is $115 with a cart.

In the winter, a free ski shuttle serviced is offered to take you up to Purgatory Resort.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours.  Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.  

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. 

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking.  Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund. Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
