The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival has become one of the largest gatherings of world famous Cajun and Zydeco musicians. While the music fills the air thousands of pounds of crawfish will be cooked anyway and every way you can imagine - boiled, fried, étouffée, jambalaya, boudin, pies, bisque, gumbo, fettuccine, stew and even crawfish dogs! Lots of other Cajun delicacies are also available for tourists and locals alike to enjoy. The Festival also will have an Arts and Crafts show, souvenir booths, and a carnival midway and games.
