The focus of the festival is, of course, fresh steamed hot Maine lobster. In addition to lobster many other seafood items are served, including steamed and fried clams, fried shrimp, shrimp cocktail, steamed mussels in wine and vegetable sauce, roast corn and all varieties of traditional fair food, all done in the California way.
