This beautifully furnished condo welcomes you for a weekend retreat or extended stay with owner curated mountain themed art and décor. Enjoy rest and relaxation in the forest themed main bedroom, which offers luxurious comfort with a king bed, balcony access, mountain views and a wall mounted smart TV. The attached bath has a convenient walk-in shower stall. Two-bedroom closets provide ample storage.The bear themed second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, TV, two closets and black out curtains. The generously sized second bathroom has a shower/tub combination and offers access from the second bedroom and hallway.
The loft is a bonus feature of the top floor Evergreen units! The loft in this condo is a great space for couples, a family with kids, or a kid-zone! The bear theme continues with a queen bed, a slim profiled sofa that converts to a queen sleeper, and a chair and a half that folds out to a twin sized bed. The loft has a full-sized closet for storage and floor to ceiling curtains that can be opened to enjoy the view or closed for guest privacy.
Gather with friends and family in the open concept kitchen and living and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and features a brand new and very quiet dishwasher and French door refrigerator. Enjoy meals at the bar or gather around the table. Between the cushioned bench and chairs at the dining room table, and comfortable living room furniture, there is room for all! Swivel chairs in the living room make it easy to share in conversation or enjoy viewing the fireplace or TV. The easy-to-use gas log fireplace creates warmth and ambiance on cool mountain nights. The large screen smart TV is set up for cable or DVD viewing or logging in to your favorite streaming service. There are DVDs, family games and puzzles to add to your enjoyment! We loved the layout of the unit, the view, and the furnishings! In particular, the two orange chairs by the window in the family room created a lovely perch to view the mountains. In addition, this was the most fully equipped kitchen that we have ever experienced in a rental--there were even spices in the cabinet! The expedient access to the indoor pool was a very attractive amenity to us, and the proximity to the outskirts of Banner Elk (e.g., Dande Lions, Lowe's Foods, the wine shop) was truly convenient. We'll be back!!!

Need clearer instructions for operation of tv. Confusing with streaming and cable. Need operating instructions for thermostat. Washer is extremely noisy. Condo was very nice. Beautiful view. Spacious. Staff was helpful as always.
