This 3 bedroom, 3-bath condo on the top-floor is immaculate with all the upgrades, furniture, and an incredible view. This end unit is all on one level, and has views to the west and south. It is also flooded with sunlight almost all day. The dining room and living area are open with beautiful hardwood flooring and vaulted-ceilings. The living room and master bedroom have picture windows that allow you to enjoy the view. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a built in stove, and custom-made cabinets. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a toaster and blender, a full-size crockpot, an electric griddle and a tea kettle. The large dining room table can seat everyone, or guests can dine on the deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The deck is covered and offers more privacy (because it is an end unit). The deck is equipped with a wrought-iron table, chairs, and other seating along with a Power Chef Deluxe Electric grill. "The large 216 square-inch grilling surface cooks as much as a grill two times as big, because it cooks evenly. There are also no cold spots. The grill can cook for up to six people. The Dual Element Cooking System creates 650 degree searing temperatures with precision and even heat." (Advertising of Electric Grill). The living room features a stone fireplace that extends up to the ceiling. There are also leather sofas with recliners at each end, easy chairs, and a flat-screen TV with Blue Ray player. Throw covers are also available. Two small stools can be used as additional seating. This condo can comfortably house up to six people. All three bedrooms have their own TVs, DVD players and other amenities for the guests' convenience. All pillows and mattresses have been allergy-proofed. The master bedroom is spacious and inviting with a king size bed, an easy chair and access to the deck. The deck is also accessible from the living room. The master bathroom can be found off the master bath. The master bathroom has "his" & "hers" sinks, a large soaking tub and a shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds. Both rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The queen bedroom has an easy chair. The condo is on the top floor but guests do not have to worry about stairs because there is an elevator. In winter, guests who prefer the stairs will appreciate the covered private staircase. This condo offers wireless internet. No pets or smoking (owners exempt). In the event of an equipment malfunction or power outage, only stairway access will be provided. Winter months are best served by 4-wheel drive. The thermostat can be controlled remotely by the owner.
