359 Tarpon Boulevard, located on Fripp Island's southern side, is on the canal. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a 1 story. It has been updated with new kitchen counter tops and flooring, as well as paint, furniture, and carpeting. The screened-in porch, located right off the kitchen is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. It also has a table with chairs. The large deck at the back of the home has a gas barbecue and beautiful views of canal. For those cooler evenings, the back yard has a brick fireplace with chairs surrounding it. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and two twin beds, as well as an en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are equipped with 2 queen beds, 1 queen bed and a twin. These rooms share an hall bath with a combination shower/tub. The living room has a large TV mounted on the wall. This house is located off the street to give you the privacy that you may want from the hustle and noise of Tarpon Boulevard. However, it is still right in the middle of the action if this is what you like. This property has a brand new dock for your fishing and crab-crabbing needs. Bring your boat! Your rental includes a 4 seat golf cart (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests leave their cars at the airport and use their golf carts as their primary mode of transportation. This is a great way for you to enjoy the natural beauty of the island. After dinner, jump on the golf cart to head to the Food Court and get some ice-cream! Up to nine guest cards are included in your rental, with a maximum value of $450. These cards are needed to access all resort amenities including tennis and golf course, restaurants and bars and swimming pools.
