New to the Rental program, "SUMMER OF 68", has been described as a quintessential Fripp Beach House. It has hosted families for many years. The house is ideal for a group of friends, with its large decks and front and back porches, 6 bedrooms, 8 beds and 3 full bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. It is located directly across the street from the beach at the much-desired beach Access #2. This is one of only a few Marlin Drive homes that are so close to beach Access #2. You can find paradise by taking a stroll along the boardwalk. Our North End of Fripp has undulating dunes with sea oats and a variety of seabirds. At night, you can even see ghost crabs. Even at high tide there is plenty of beach. At low tide you can explore the sandbars. Access #2 is where island photographers go to photograph Fripp's Beach. The front of "SUMMER OF 1968" is awash with windows and glass doors that allow you to see the ocean from each room. The back of the home has a long-range view of the #8 golf hole at Ocean Point Golf Course, and the two lagoons flanking the teebox. This house has a large, well-maintained lawn for family fun. It comes with a pack 'n' play, a card table with four chairs, a beach cart, 2 grills and more. Rentals for monthly rentals do not include a golf cart. Golf carts are the best way to appreciate Fripp's beauty. You will also receive up to 16 guest card with a maximum value of $800. These cards are needed to access all the resort amenities (golf, swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants and bars). Guest cards also offer exclusive discounts on golf and tennis.
