Pines 2023 is a top floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in a quiet complex convenient to shopping and dining and a quick free bus ride to the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. The home boasts soaring ceilings in the living area making it feel open and providing natural light. The living area has a gas fireplace for those cozy winter evenings. The spacious kitchen boasts everything you need for preparing meals in and there is a dining table with plenty of seating for everyone. Access to the covered deck is off the dining area, a perfect place to relax and unwind or grill up a burger. 

Two bedrooms are on the main floor. One features a King bed, large closet and attached bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and large closet with access to a full bathroom in the hallway with walk-in shower. You will find a full size washer and dryer in the hallway closet.
