Property Description

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Oceania 106 is spacious, tranquil, and comfortable.

The condo's floor-to-ceiling southern glass wall offers a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo's entire width is covered by a glass wall that offers stunning views from the Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room.

The condo's entryway has the Kitchen and Dining Area on your right. The Living Room is straight ahead. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on your left. The Kitchen features bar seating for three, quartz counter tops and full-size top-of-the line stainless steel appliances. The Dining Area features a rectangular table that seats six people.

The Living Room has access from the balcony. There are two sofas (each with one sofa sleeper), a plush seat, a flat screen HDTV and a DVD player.

The first guest bedroom has a King Size bed, an HDTV and a DVD player. It also has its own bathroom.

The second guest bedroom has a new HDTV, a DVD player and its own bathroom.

The Master Bedroom Suite is the final room. It has a King-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a lounging seat, a TV, a DVD player and balcony access. There is also a floor-to ceiling glass wall that allows for stunning views of Destina's sugar white sands as well as the Emerald Green Waters of Mexico. The Master Bedroom Suiteas Bathroom features dual vanities, a tub and a walk-in shower.

We haven't mentioned the best thing about this condo: the balcony. The huge balcony features retractable shutters, two ceiling fans and five comfortable outdoor chairs. This balcony offers a 360 degree view of Destinas beach, Oceaniaas swimming pool, and the Gulf of Mexico. The water is so close that you can smell the salt in the air. The balcony features 4 tall boy chairs as well as a round table that can seat 4.

Condo amenities include a washer and dryer in full-size and Wi-Fi internet connection. Oceania 106 is a great place to reward yourself.
