Property Description

This Sandpiper Cove Villa sleeps nine people and is the perfect place to spend a vacation with your family. You will notice the large wooden deck on the ground floor when you park in one of the driveways leading to this Villa. It has a gas grill, sink, a bar and additional seating.

This shaded deck is adjacent to Sandpiper Coveas Pond and is a great place to relax after a long day of beaching. You can also watch the ducks glide by from this deck. You will find the Washer and Dryer Room to your left and a set stairs leading to the main level once you have entered the villa.

The Washer and Dryer Room has a large capacity, and includes a washer and dryer. The Kitchen and Dining Area are accessible by climbing the stairs. The Kitchen features a variety of cabinetry, a large island that can be used for meal preparation, as well as all the necessary appliances, dishware and silverware to prepare your favorite meals.

The Dining Area features a unique chandelier and a rectangular dining room table that can seat ten people. Two stools are located adjacent to the dining table and can be sat under the kitchen island counter. This increases the dining area to 10 people. A set of French doors leads to one of the balconies on the second floor, located next to the Dining Area. This balcony houses a table for four people and has a view over Sandpiper Coveas Pond.

The Living Room is located adjacent to the Dining Area, Kitchen, and Lounge. The Living Room features a large screen HDTV, surround sound, surround sound, three plush seats, an ottoman, and one couch. Two of the three bedrooms are also located on the second floor.

One bedroom has a King-size bed, a 32" flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and a private bathroom. There are also French doors that lead to a private balcony with a view of Sandpiper Cove's pond. The private bathroom in this bedroom has a relaxing tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is located on the second floor and contains a queen bed, a flat screen 43 inch HDTV and a BluRay player. This bedroom can be accessed from either the Kitchen or the bedroom via a bathroom. This second bathroom features a spa tub with a combination shower and bathtub.

To reach the last bedroom, you must climb the final set stairs to the third level. The third bedroom features a private bathroom, two Full beds and a Twin Futon.

This bedroom is a great place for children to sleep and play. The bathroom is connected to this bedroom and has a walk-in shower. The Sandpiper Coveas beach is just five minutes away from this property. The property offers Wi-Fi internet access and a washer and dryer. There are also two driveways that can accommodate up to 4 cars.
