This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo offers the ideal space for your next family vacation. Located on the first floor on Sandpiper Cove’s beach side, you’re just a flight of steps up to your front door and your relaxing vacation. The open floor plan allows you to sit in the living room or kitchen have converse with each other. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and the spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space to cook up a feast or a quick bite before heading to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishware needed to enjoy your vacation and not pack additional items from home. Just a quick trip to the grocery store is all you need to stock up the kitchen. The living room has large floor to ceiling balcony doors that allow you to enjoy that Destin breeze. The couch in the living room coverts to a sofa sleeper as well to accommodate 2.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin sized beds and an additional twin trundle to allow that room to sleep 3. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The Master Bedroom offers a Queen sized bed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 7. The master bathroom offers a spacious shower.

1136 offers a rare feature of a washer and dryer in the condo so no trips across the street to the coin laundry. The condo offers WiFi as well. This condo allows a maximum of 1 dog under 25 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required and a $10 pet fee is collected at Sandpiper Cove. Shot records are required as well at check-in.

Sandpiper Cove features 5 swimming pools, a 9 hole 3-par golf course, and tennis courts located across the street for no additional fee. Please note that Sandpiper Cove does allow dogs but the beach and the beaches within Destin/Okaloosa County do not allow dogs on the beach.
