Property Description

The open, spacious, living plan is the perfect place for family gatherings whether for playing board games provided or for evening meals on the large outdoor deck.

The gorgeous beach is one block away, turn the other way and you are about 100 yards from the Bridge Street fishing pier, unique shops, great restaurants, trolley and library.

Seabreeze Cottage has an upstairs huge master bedroom with King bed and master bath, with a balcony overlooking the bay; the downstairs has a queen sofa bed, and a separate suite with a full bathroom and queen size bed. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining area, compact washer and dryer, and full bath. Every part of this cottage is tastefully decorated with all the amenities to make for a perfect stay. Evening get togethers in the private fenced back yard, with bar-b-cue grill provided, are a must! When you come off the beach, enjoy the private hot/cold outdoor shower or take a bike ride with the two bikes available.

This cottage has it all -hammock for the back deck, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and floats. There are even fishing rods and tackle box for late night fishing on the pier. TV's in bedroom and the family room. Seabreeze Cottage accepts small dog with a non-refundable pet fee.

It is a two week minimum rental.
