Gather your ration of Vitamin D by simply lounging next to the free form swimming pool. Dock your boat in the marina. Fillet your fish at the fish cleaning station. Exercise in the fitness center. Indulge your aching muscles by soaking them in the spa hot tub after a hard day of fishing, diving or snorkeling - or anytime that suits your fancy! This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has comfortable and inviting furnishings. The interior is bright, spacious and clean. Dine in the formal dining area, outside on the balcony or pull up a stool to the kitchen counter. The oversized master suite offers a king bed, huge bath, and a separate entrance to the balcony. The guest bedroom provides spacious accommodations for your guests. Bedding is King, Twin, Twin.

Rate Details: Rent is $3,700/month (Sept thru Nov); $4,300/month (May thru August); $5,000/month (Dec thru April). Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100.

Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

Best Way to Spend a February
It is comforting when you first check in to know everything you need is there on the property. More importantly the Keys Holiday Rentals personnel have gone out of there way to make sure everything is operating properly. They meet you and take you into the property and explain everything. If you have any questions during your stay they are available. The location of this complex is superior. It is central to all the restaurants and shopping we enjoy. There is the new Publix grocery is right across the street! The complex is constantly kept neat and manicured. Nothing but beautiful views inside and out.
