Property Description
This ocean front complex is a wonderful location for your island stay! This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located on the ground level, has a lovely view of the tropical landscaping, and offers easy access to the common grounds from your lanai. The condo has recent renovations ('21) with new tile throughout, and a large bathroom shower. Air-conditioned and centrally located, Casa de Emdeko 121 will make a great home base while exploring the island. The bedroom has a King Bed, TV and a ceiling fan. There is a shared Coin-op washer/dryer on-site. *Please note that this complex has weekly temporary water shut offs. There will be no compensation for water shut offs. Minimum night varies seasonally between 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed. $10 daily additional person fee applies to occupants over the standard occupancy of 2 guests.
There are two pools, one salt water and one fresh water. There is a man made beach area for relaxing, and a common BBQ, eating area. This is a great place to watch the sunsets and talk story with other guests.
