Property Description

Country Club Villas #117!  The interior features art from the Big Island and a modern dining area in an open floor plan. 

When you walk into the space, the lanai beckons you immediately.  The covered lanai and private garden offers outdoor dining and living with panoramic views overlooking the golf course and the sea. Condo is located on the ground floor but not entry level.

The primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a Cal King Size bed with views of the lanai, garden and ocean.  The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed is adjacent to a full bathroom which also contains a washer & dryer. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV’s.

Country Club Villas is a beautifully maintained complex located in the quiet area above Keauhou Bay.  Take a 15-minute walk down to the Bay where you can go snorkeling or canoeing on an outrigger.  Onsite amenities include a choice of 3 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts. The Keauhou Shopping Center is nearby with grocery, shops, dining and a movie theatre.
