Very nice unit! One bedroom, one bathroom offer a nice partial ocean view. Granite counters, walk in tiled shower, newer carpet and furnishings. Sofa sleeper and one flat screen in living room. Wall A/C located in the living area & in the bedroom. A stacked set washer/dryer located in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cook top, full size refrigerator, toaster/convection oven (not full size), and a microwave.
The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Free WiFi access in complex.
Minimum night varies seasonally 5 - 10 nights. This is a No Pets, Non-Smoking Property.
