Property Description

Welcome to Kona Pacific E-630. Beautifully remodeled and walking distance to downtown Kailua Kona & the beach. This is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Kona Pacific condo in the town of Kailua Kona on the Big Island. This condo has been renovated beautifully and designer decorated. There is a large lanai (balcony) that is accessed from both the living room and bedroom. A wonderful part of the Kona Pacific Complex is that it is within close walking distance to town, but it is not in the middle of the noisy part of town. It is quiet and close to the fun! The condo has an ocean view from every room in the condo except for the front hall and the bathrooms. The condo has direct ocean views because it is located in the last wing of Kona Pacific that directly faces the ocean.

This condo has no road noise or noise from adjoining units, this is because the building is concrete. For your enjoyment we have provided in this condo: an internet connection, a TV/VCR/DVD in the living room and the bedroom, a stereo system with a CD player, a video library, a very comfortable King sized bed, and air conditioning window units in the master bedroom and living room. The two bathrooms, not shown in the photos, are as pretty as the rest of the condo. One bathroom has been totally renovated with a walk in shower and the other contains a shower with glass block details.
