Kona Rivera 206 is located on the second floor of a small 12-unit complex. 

This ocean front condo caters to those who would like to enjoy privacy and expansive views, a sparkling clean ocean side pool to swim in, ocean side BBQ, awesome sunsets and yet close to the heart of the Kona vacation experience. 

**As of Jan 2023 - There is a new development being built across the street from this complex. It is in the early stages. You may hear some construction.
PLEASE NOTE, the AC in the living room is out for the month of September 2023

This unit is highly desirable for its location, your own private lanai, from sunrise to sunset, the views and sounds of the crashing surf are unforgettable. Have your morning (Kona) coffee watching outrigger canoe paddling teams, humpback whales breaching (seasonal), and spinner dolphins.  There is a king size bed in the bedroom with air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport and minutes from the town center on the well-known Alii Drive.  Numerous shops, restaurants, and beaches for you to explore. Located just across from the local Alii  Market.

Minimum night varies seasonally 5 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets unit.
