THE UNIT:
If you dream of spending a Hawaiian vacation overlooking the Pacific Ocean from a beautiful condominium, dream no more. Your two bedroom, two bath condominium with a large loft awaits.

The living room has plenty of seating, air conditioning and a TV. The granite kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and has all of the dishes and utensils you will need to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning, as well as cocktails and a gourmet meal while watching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen bar has seating for 4 and the lanai has seating for 6. The primary bedroom suite features a king size bed, television for streaming, air conditioning and two large sliding glass doors to the lanai. Wake up rested and cool with gorgeous views of the ocean and golf course. The primary bedroom also features several dressers and two closets. There is a walk in shower and updated vanity. The second bedroom has a king size bed, television for streaming, air conditioning and view of the mountains. Just across the hall there is a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The extended second floor loft has an additional sleeping area with two twin beds, air conditioning and a sitting area overlooking the family room and kitchen. 

LOCATION:
Whether you choose to relax, explore, or both, this home makes it easy. You can spend time relaxing, enjoying the expansive ocean view, savoring meals, or watching the sunset on the large covered lanai. You can watch television, rest, or read in the air conditioned comfort of your bedrooms or glass-walled great room. You can take a dip in one of the three pools and hot tubs, play tennis or pickleball on one of the newly surfaced courts, or seek adventure nearby. Keauhou Bay, Kahalu’u State Park, Kona Country Club, theaters, and shopping are all within walking distance.

ACTIVITIES:
The Keauhou Resort Area offers opportunities for fun and adventure throughout the day. In the morning you can help paddle an outrigger canoe into the ocean to watch the sunrise over Hualalai. During the day you can go golfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, ocean kayaking, paddle boarding, or deep sea fishing. At sunset you can watch the sun disappear into the Pacific as you prepare to swim with the manta rays in Keauhou Bay. Head North on Ali’i Drive and in minutes you’ll be in downtown Kona.You get to take in the ocean views and beautiful homes as you approach town. When in town, enjoy delicious drinks and food, live music, shopping and the outdoor market. Many of your favorite stores are minutes away for all of your shopping needs (Costco, Target, Walmart, Old Navy). If you choose to explore the Big Island, Country Club Villas 332 will be a welcome spot to return after a full day.

Minimum night varies seasonally 7 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking and no pet property.  There is no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. There is a designated smoking area near the main entrance.
