Welcome to our Hawaiian home on the sun drenched Kohala Coast - 801 Fairways at Mauna Lani Resort -  Our newest vacation home was professionally decorated August 2023 and is now guest ready! 

Soaring ceilings, bright open concept living, a large comfortable lanai backing  onto the golf course, and all new Modern Hawaiian Decor creates a peaceful, relaxing space to embrace ‘Island Time’.  *interior photos available by mid-December 2023.

Explore the island’s vibrant landscapes and history then come home to the well appointed kitchen including our Nespresso machine for personalized beverages and a new (2022) double oven for the holiday chef.  Prepare meals on the private lanai equipped with a built in Viking grill and granite/wet bar prep area.  Luxurious hand scraped hardwood floors in 2018, washer and dryer 2023, lighting and ceiling fans 2023, central air conditioning system 2022, lanai cabinets 2023 will all add to your relaxation and comfort. Furniture, decor and housewares all new in July, 2023. Towels and bedding are professionally laundered, sanitized and pressed for guest check-in every time!

Our home offers maximum privacy for two couples or a family of four. The second floor primary suite consists of king bed, private balcony, and a generous bathroom with large open shower, jet tub, and well appointed double sinks. The Secondary bedroom located on the main floor has twin beds that convert to a king (request at the time of booking for an additional fee), and adjacent bathroom with beautiful tile double shower head and full glass shower doors.

The unit location is only a 3 minute walk to the large free form pool with wading pool for the little ones, lava waterfall, and hot tub. Guests enjoy our access pass to the private Mauna Lani Beach club with great snorkeling, a restaurant, and stand up paddle board rentals.  Take the time to explore the Traditional Hawaiian Fish Ponds on the paved walking trails.

Located within the Mauna Lani Resort area, Fairways at Mauna Lani creates a truly Hawaiian experience. This gated complex is located within walking distance of the beach, ocean, restaurants, shops, ancient petroglyphs, golf and more. South Kohala Coast is renowned for its fine beaches, world-class golf, and outstanding coral reefs.
