This luxurious vacation home, part of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences in San Jose del Cabo, offers a modern escape. West Enclave offers a spacious setting for relaxation and entertaining with over 6,000 square foot of indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor area includes a pool, Jacuzzi and built-in grill. There is also a garden with fire pit, a garden with a fireplace, a garden with a Jacuzzi and a garden that has a firepit. All of this is surrounded by breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Other highlights include an outdoor shower, an open-air court, and private massage gardens in some of the bedroom suites. The villa features a harmonious mix of natural and engineered stones, wood accents and Caesar stone countertops. It also has marble bathrooms with oak vanities. The gourmet kitchen features Sub-Zero, Wolf and natural stone flooring. The five bedrooms and six bathrooms can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. West Enclave offers access to golf course, marina, secluded beach and the Zadun Hotel, all within a gated master-planned community. West Enclave provides a luxurious vacation experience in the stunning beauty Los Cabos. Staff and Services Daily housekeeping is included with all of our Villas. Housekeepers will arrive at noon or any other time requested by you. Concierge Service: We can provide information about the area, clubs, and activities. We can also run errands, such as picking up groceries, or renting an extra golf cart during your stay. Grocery Stocking Services - Our property manager will provide any food or beverage you request for your stay, and will invoice you accordingly. L'Occitane Towelries: Villas are stocked with L'Occitane towels or equivalent replacements. They are trained gourmet chefs with a variety of culinary backgrounds. They will prepare all meals and snacks requested by the villa guests. Food and Beverages Are Not Included. We will work with you to create a grocery list and stock the Villa prior to your arrival. We will send you receipts and an invoice as required. Private Butler: Butlers can be a great addition for any Villa, at $150/day. They are focused on making sure that everyone is taken care off. All of our butlers have bartending skills and our LuxMex Margarita is to die for. They can also help the chef by setting up beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. On reservations with more than 12 guests, we recommend getting a second butler. Nanny Services: We understand the difficulties of traveling with children. We offer a full-day nanny service for $150/day. An experienced nanny will supervise and keep your kids safe during your vacation.   On-Site Chauffeur and Van (Subject To Availability): Cabo is a difficult and expensive place to travel. We provide a 12-passenger van and seasoned driver to be ready to go anywhere you need. It's a great way to explore la Paz or Cabo's nightlife for only 350$/day.   Transportation Airport & General : If you do not require a driver or van 24/7, then we can quote and arrange transportation to and from your Villa. Our airport transport costs $130 for a suburban that can fit up to 6 passengers or $185 for a sprinter for up to 15 people. Note: Prices are subject to change depending on season and availability.
