With an open floor plan this home offers a great room with soaring Tamarak ceiling heights and a floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace on the main floor, summoning you to relish the warmth that it provides during the colder months. Also, on the main floor is a large entry way, dining area, newly remodeled kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom and the master bedroom with a king size bed.

Upstairs provides an entertaining area in the loft with comfortable seating, flat screen TV and DVD player along with WIFI through out the house. In addition to four bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms. This home delivers the ideal amount of space for everyone.

Pendleton Pines Lodge also features its own private sauna and Hot Tub so after a long day of adventures you can come back and relax and enjoy all that it has to offer. Luxury Getaways highly recommends this Lodge for larger groups who wish to share a good time together and create new memories. 

Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. This small gated community allows guests to use the outdoor heated swimming pools (in summer), tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball court, volleyball court, play-field, and children's playground.  The play field is great for a game of kick ball or playing fetch with the dog! The clubhouse is open daily and has a Billiards table, Ping Pong and an Air Hockey Table along with a lending library and free WIFI.  Children also get to go fishing in the community stocked trout pond. Along with numerous trails throughout the community, you have direct access to the Nooksack River that borders a portion of Snowline Community Property.
