Property Description

Beautiful and updated 3 bedroom 2 bath BEACHFRONT Condo! Spacious balcony to enjoy daily sunsets and view of Pool area as well. Tile throughout condo. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Queen in one guest room and 2 twins in the other guest bedroom. No need to wait inline to use the washer and dryer with the rest of the floor. This condo has a full size washer and dryer. Downstairs is a full restaurant and bar. Exercise room, Tennis, Pool and Jacuzzi included in this building. Short walk to the beach. 13 Min walk to the Movies, more restaurants, and mini golf! EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

There is a $25 parking fee and a refundable $75 deposit for the gate tag collected upon arrival at the front desk. The $75 deposit will be refunded after the parking tag is returned and tested for damage. Fees will be charged to a credit or debit card as the front desk will not accept checks or cash payments.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
