Property Description

Beautiful beachfront end unit that is all tiled. Newer living room furniture. The bedrooms have a king in master and twin beds in guest bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa for children; Not for Adults Flat screen television in the living room and the master bedroom. Free Wifi and washer and dryer in the unit. Next door at the Apollo is a Restaurant. A short 10 minute walk north out of the parking lot are more restaurants, movie theater with dining, and mini golf.
NOTE: Stove/oven combo is not full size
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
