Property Description

Beautiful sun-filled Marco home built on converging waterways with soaring ceilings and tiled floors. Most rooms have great water views and access to the lanai and pool through their own sliding glass door. This home was professionally designed to provide maximum water views and warm radiating sunshine through its many large south facing windows and lanai! The Master bedroom has a king bed with a large smart tv. Two Guest bedrooms have queen beds and both have sliding doors that lead out to the pool area. The other bedroom has twin beds. Beautiful sun filled pool with a wide water view from the pool area. You can also go down to the back deck and lay out or go fishing. It's a 2-block walk from Marco's new upscale development - The Esplanade. Located within the Esplanade are fine dining and entertainment destinations, Ricks Island Salon and Day Spa as well as a Coldstone Ice Cream shop. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
FOR RENTERS 1 MONTH OR LONGER: A Residents Beach pass may be issued for a rental period of 1 month or longer, based upon the lease agreement. Renter's Residents' Beach pass is $140. Fees are not prorated. The pass will be issued for the time period for which the rental agreement is during the fiscal year, which will enable access the Residents' Beach properties at 130 South Collier Boulevard and MICA's Sarazen Park at 930 Swallow Avenue.

NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will loose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.
