***South Seas Towers 1 and 2 is undergoing a window and door replacement on all the catwalk condos 01-06 that face the parking garage and will take approximatley 1 year to complete. This condo is scheduled to have the sliding doors replaced possibly late summertime/early fall 2021. There will be noise through out the building during working hours of 8am till 5pm.
