FAQ: This home has some beautiful, flowering and fruit-bearing trees. There is a crab apple tree that blooms in early May and produces fruit in the fall. There is also a delicious pear tree that fruits each fall. Please enjoy our bounty!

NEIGHBORHOOD: This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, adjacent to a green belt. It has a beautiful wooded yard with direct access to a discrete neighborhood “pocket park” that we lovingly call our secret garden.

LOCATION: Conveniently located within an hour of DIA and Rocky Mountain National Park, this is the perfect destination for your Colorado adventures! Head to the mountains or explore town – this home is a short 10-minute drive to Downtown Loveland and 20-minutes from Old Town Fort Collins where you can find plentiful shops, restaurants and theaters to enjoy!

PARKING: There is a 2-car garage and a very large concrete driveway with a rock driveway adjacent. No street parking is available.

Love this place in so many ways. Great location, central to many great Colorado destinations, especially Rocky Mtn National Park. The house is a destination in itself. Amazing backyard, very peaceful but with lots of options – fire pit, horseshoe pits and hot tub. Plenty of room in the house too and the owners really took time to make sure you have all of the comforts of home available to you.

This property was exactly as advertised. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Beautiful backyard. Decorated very nicely. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of space for 7 of us. Enough seats at table and in each living area for us to sit together but never felt crowded. Nice neighborhood. Hot water was plentiful. Heat was controlled in unit. Owners suite was large with private bath and closet. Other 3 bedrooms were good size. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous time at Parkside Gardens. We are absolutely in love with the property. It was spotless. Good amenities. Everything you need in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the gardens and the bunnies. Can’t wait to return!

Parkside Gardens had all of the necessities to be comfortable and welcoming for our family. Everything was well-maintained, with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space. We very much enjoyed family time outside, watching the birds and especially interacting with the friendly backyard rabbits! The pears fresh off the tree were a fabulous treat!
