The Salty Shack, UNIT B, is a 2 BR (pet-friendly) apartment with a large deck perfect for sunning. This apartment sits directly across the street from the beach and boasts a private entrance and deck within walking distance to the heart of Folly Beach, Center Street which houses a ½ mile of retail shops, restaurants, bars and golf cart rentals. Also, beautiful Charleston, SC is only a 22-minute drive (by car) away.
The Salty Shack features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining and living spaces. The living room has large flat screen TV with cable and wireless internet, in addition to several beach-facing windows perfect for people watching. The master bedroom offers king sized bed, ceiling fan and full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bedroom, ceiling fan and plenty of natural sunlight.
This property is equipped with one shared outdoor shower and one reserved parking space that will fit a standard size vehicle. If you have a larger vehicle or truck, or you have more than one vehicle, there is a driveway down the left-hand side of the unit you can utilize as well for one extra vehicle. Otherwise, you may have to park elsewhere on the island but there is plenty of free street parking close to the unit.
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed keyless entry. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be provided by our team one week prior to your reservation. Upon arrival, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes.

Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $100 per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats).

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
