If you are a boardwalk fanatic, this town home is the perfect place for you! Located on the corner of Talbot St and Baltimore Ave, this was built in 2008. Every detail has been beautifully designed and decorated with beach comfort in mind. Spacious enough for 10 -11 people, the 2 level floor plan allows for privacy and plenty of room. Enjoy being just steps to the boards, beach, shopping, restaurants and more! The townhouse will have 4 TV's & 2 DVD's. The property is non smoking, no pets please. There is 1 garage parking spot on site, and another reserved, uncovered space within a couple block vicinity to the town house. Mini week rentals available all summer. Units #103 & 104 available also -perfect for large families. Occupancy 10.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
