Welcome to Braemar Towers N 212, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 2nd floor of the north tower in Ocean City, Maryland. Overlooking the pool with ocean and beach views, this home combines comfort, convenience, and fun upgrades.

In 2024, this condo received fresh updates including new carpet, appliances, mattresses, bathroom fixtures, a sleep sofa, and balcony furniture. Inside, the living area offers comfortable seating, Smart TV, and access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, drip coffee maker (please bring your own grounds), and plenty of counter space.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests: the primary bedroom with a queen bed, the guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has space to get ready. A washer and dryer in the unit, central air, and free Wi-Fi add convenience throughout your stay.

As a guest at Braemar Towers, you’ll enjoy a seasonal outdoor pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and a private beach locker for storing chairs and gear. Located across from The Crab Bag, you’ll be steps from some of Ocean City’s best seafood, and just up the street from Northside Park — home to Sundaes in the Park and weekly fireworks in summer.

The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.

All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.

If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.

All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.

Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
