Property Description

The Casita at Vista al Cielo is a convenient and affordable way to enjoy Uvita in a gated property, but only minutes from the restaurants and beaches that Uvita offers. This two-bedroom Casita has a huge covered outdoor patio and private Jacuzzi, located near to the amazing Costa Rica jungle. Each bedroom has air conditioning. Important: Our properties are protected by a digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by a representative to verify the reservation. Please make sure this is completedprior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled.Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Access

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. For check-in, guests will first meet at the Osa Property Management office in Uvita, and then guests will be escorted up to the home (about 5 minutes away)

Transit

A 4x4 vehicle or AWD SUV is required to access the property. Our Concierge will assist in lining up transportation (private shuttles, planes, rental vehicles, etc.).

Interaction

Osa Property Management will be available via chat/phone number throughout the day and in the event of emergencies.

Neighbourhood

Uvita is centrally located for almost any tour you would want to do in Costa Rica. Ziplining, hiking, waterfalls, ATV tours, waterfall rappelling, mangrove tours, parasailing, horseback riding, stand up paddleboarding, sport fishing, sunset cruises, and whale watching tours are all available.Uvita has great restaurants (coffee shops, microbrewery, local, fine dining), grocery stores, banks and pharmacies. If you are looking for a beautiful beach destination that is far less developed than Manuel Antonio, Uvita is a fantastic alternative. The highlight is Marino Ballena National Park, featuring the famous sandy "Whale Tail" where migrating humpback whales can be seen just offshore. You can whale watch, dolphin watch or snorkel.Uvita also makes a great base for exploring Dominical (12 miles North) which is a fun, funky hippie and counterculturist enclave with great shops, dining, live music, candlelight yoga, spas, bars and beach. The tiny town of Ojochal is 9 miles to the South and is known as one of the best foodie town in Costa Rica. Ojochal also offers easy access to Playa Ventanas, a small and beautiful beach famous for its sea caves.

Space

The Casita is located behind a gate that can only be access with a PIN or a remote control There is also a 4 bedroom home that shares a parking area with the Casita. The Home has its own space, its own pool and Jacuzzi. The Casita has its own space and private Jacuzzi.
