Access

Osa Property Managements Full-time Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day with local airlines or a private charter.We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant.

Interaction

Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be. Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will also be available from 8 am - 5 pm via group chat. Messages sent after 5 pm will be addressed the following morning starting at 8 am. The home and digital guidebook have all of the emergency phone numbers and information needed in the event of an emergency.

Neighbourhood

This home is located in Ojochal, Costa Rica, in a development. Ojochal is home to beaches, restaurants. grocery stores, a pharmacy, a turtle and animal reserve and even a library. Playa Tortuga is a very common beach and has a south and a north entrance. Reserva Playa Tortuga is located en route to the south entrance of the beach, and is a volunteer organization that protects, tracks and studies turtles, caymans and birds in the area. Be sure to drop by Reserva Playa Tortuga when visiting Playa Tortuga (beach)Ojochal is known throughout Costa Rica as home to some of the country's best restaurants, including Citrus, Exotica and Fusion. There are plenty of other restaurants, all with different menus. In addition, to fine dining there is live music most evenings at Los Gatos Locos (the crazy cats), fine baked items at The French Bakery and more there are simple, authentic Costa Rica restaurants with their rice and beans, casadas and fruit juices.
