Sleeps 10 with a King in the master, 1 Twin over Full bunk bed with 1 Twin trundle in the second bedroom, 1 Queen in the third bedroom, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has nice large balconies on two levels with views of the gulf on both.

This refurbished townhouse is light and airy with lovely blues and whites dominating the space. The kitchen is perfect for gatherings with an expansive island yet plenty of counter space to prep. The laundry center with washer and dryer also has a utility sink for soaking the salt, suntan lotion and chlorine out of those bathing suits.

Both bathrooms have been upgraded with stunning shower spaces and the master also hosts a jetted tub to relax and unwind. A stay in this townhome will leave wonderful memories for the whole family for years to come.

Portside Villas offers a pool and tennis courts, which are located in the center of the development. It's just minutes from local shopping, dining (the world famous Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant is located just down the street) and entertainment.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation. The garage offers one space and you have another space in front of the unit. Families with extra cars can park in the public parking just two blocks east of Portside Villa's.
