There is a stove top in the kitchen but no oven. One bedroom with a queen bed is located on the main floor and the second bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs. There are several flights of stairs to get to the unit.

Please be aware that parking is very limited in this complex with a very small lot out front. Each unit in Emmons is only allowed one parking permit, therefore only one legal car allowed to park in that lot. It is first come, first serve. There is some overflow parking available and we can provide you with a map of the location of these areas. Unfortunately, trialers, RV's or any recreational vehicles are not allowed in either the lot or the overflow parking areas. If you plan to bring any of those items/vehicles, please arrange for special parking through Crested Butte Mountain Resort Adventure Center Concierge Desk.

Unfortunately the town of Mt Crested Butte Fire Department will no longer allow the fireplaces at the Emmons bldg to be used.
