Property Description

This 3,000 square foot modern farmhouse features an open concept floorplan, five private bedrooms and a bonus movie theatre room for hosting large groups. The cozy creams, soft grays and farmhouse touches in the bedrooms and common areas will make you feel right at home.

You'll be able to walk straight through the front door to a catwalk that will take you to a living room furnished with a fireplace and a smart TV. The kitchen is functional with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of space for guests, with seating for three on the kitchen island as well as six at the dining room table. The kitchen has all the essentials: dishes, cookware, and utensils. It also features hardwood floors, and a butchers' block countertop as an accent. The sliding glass doors behind the dining room open to a large and fully enclosed grassy backyard with mature trees, a wooden swing set and slide, a chalkboard for doodling and a BBQ smoker for guests.

On the main floor, you will also find two bedrooms, a half bathroom, a combined mudroom, with built-in cubbies, and a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and sink.

The main level bedrooms include:

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized mattress, a shiplap accent wall and nightstands with lamps. It also has a TV on the dresser. The master bedroom has its own attached full bathroom, with double vanities and an oversized bathtub and separate shower.

The main level guest room is located at the entrance. It has double doors, a queen-sized bed, built-in storage drawers, shelves, and a full-length mirror.

After climbing two flights of stairs, you'll enter a room with a desk and a large window. This is perfect for remote working or education. A brand new custom-made movie theater room is located beyond the workspace. It features a projector and surround sound speakers as well as a sectional with pillows. Our favorite feature, however, is the mini fridge with drinks and shelves with vintage film inspired decor.

The upstairs of the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with full-sized bathtubs and a theater that can be used to create an additional bedroom.

One guest room with a queen-sized bed, a closet and nightstands.

One large children's bedroom with two twin beds, closet space, and a variety of books and toys to entertain little travellers.

Bathroom with double vanities and shower/tub to be shared by the children's bedroom and guest room

One guest suite with a full-sized bathroom, shower and tub combination, a full-sized bedroom with king size bed, built in bookcases, closet space and nightstands.

You can sleep up to two queen-sized air mattresses in the theater room, or on couches.

Additional bedding accommodations include a pack and play for an infant/toddler, and two queen-sized air mattresses with additional bedding in the linen cupboard.

Note: The theater couches and downstairs couches can be used to provide additional sleeping space if you are comfortable sleeping on couches which are not pull-out beds.

If you fail to comply with the policies regarding smoking, drugs, noise curfews (which are 10pm) and pets then your security deposit will be forfeited. Additional expenses may also be charged to remove odors and repair any damage to the property which prevents another check-in the same day.

The door is locked with a code, so there is no need to interact with the host. You can come and leave as you please. We are friendly hosts and will be happy to answer any questions or requests you may have. We are available at any time via the platform message system or by text.

You can also visit the Village Cinema which has VIP21 movies and balcony seating with dinner served to your seat during the movie. You can check the calendar to see what events are happening during your stay.

There will be story times for kids, seasonal ice-skating, and appearances by Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and Disney characters in costume. Cinnaholic, a gourmet cinnamon roll shop with a variety of toppings and gourmet treats, is our favorite place in the Village. You can thank us in the future!

Food: If you're visiting this area, we recommend you check TripAdvisor's top 10 restaurant recommendations. Downtown Boise has some great dining options. Here are a few of the top choices for high-end dinners in the area: Ruth Chris' Steakhouse, Barbacoa Steakhouse, Izumi Japanese Steak House. Coyne's Restaurant. The Fork. Crave Kitchen & Bar. Popular casual lunch spots include: Kona Grill or Calle 75 Street Tacos, or Yoi Tomo's All You Can Eat Sushi. For breakfast, we recommend Goldy's Famous Bistro or Rembrandt's Eagle. Roaring Springs Water Park is a one-stop water park that opens during the summer months. It has slides, rides and wave pools as well as attractions for all ages. Wahooz family entertainment center is located right next to the waterpark. It offers laser tag, indoor ropes course, virtual reality, arcade games, bumper car, outdoor mini-golf, bumper boats, and much more.

Don't Miss: Don't forget to visit the well-known "Freak alley" in Downtown Boise, where artists create tasteful graffiti masterpieces on historic buildings in an outdoor gallery. Explore the downtown area and enjoy a stroll amongst funky, meaningful art. There are also seasonal Farmer's Markets that are held in the street during the spring and summer months. You can bring homegrown, handcrafted and sentimental treasures back from your Idaho visit.
