This single family home comes complete with 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths with an additional bunk space on the top floor with a TV for the kids. The views from inside and out of this beach house are incredible. There are blue skies, emerald waters and white sand that can be seen from nearly every room in the house. Adventure awaits and is right at your fingertips with only 200 steps separating you from the pristine Mexico Beach shoreline.

Not only is the beach right outside the door, Mango Marley’s a beach bar & grill, is located within walking distance as is the newly reopened Shell Shack when you’re craving fresh shrimp or need to buy souvenirs for those left back home. If you plan to bring your boat, the Mexico Beach boat ramp and the Mexico Beach Marina are both located just half a mile down the road.
