Property Description

Welcome to our townhome in the heart of South Scottsdale! Here you are walking distance to the W Hotel, some of the best restaurants and nightlife in the area! Only a few blocks from Fashion Square and Old Town, too! Our multi level floor plan offers ample room to enjoy yourself whether you're in the process of relocating, in the middle of home renovations or here to be close to family and loved ones our townhome is the place to be! We offer a two car garage plus and an enclosed patio equipped with a private propane grill. We do have a 21 night minimum. Be sure to connect with our team of dedicated concierge to get your tours, pool packages, golf packages and more scheduled before your stay! We look forward to hosting you!

This home is great for Spring Training as the SF Giants Baseball Complex and the Chaparral Training Field are less than 10 minutes of an Uber away! You'll also have access to several walking and hiking trails in the surrounding areas so there is definitely no shortage of Arizona to visit!

Must be 25 or older to rent and renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, our team of concierge can help make arrangements for an evening on the town!

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!

Other things to note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
