This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During the off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up of fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ride-sharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in HomeAway/VRBO "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
