Transit

South Park is a great walkable community (and lots of people bike around too) but there is also a bus stop just 2 blocks down the street on 30th.

Interaction

I will check in with you within the first 24 hours of your arrival and as long as everything is ok will leave you alone to enjoy your stay in peace and privacy.We are readily available between 6am-6pm and also available after hours only in case of emergency.

Neighbourhood

South Park is unique, historic, trendy, and small-business oriented. The only chain store or restaurant here is Target Express and 7-11. 99% of guests who have stayed here have loved the neighborhood and location.
