The area is very quiet and peaceful during the week. Friday and Saturdays afternoons during the mountain biking season can be more lively with a live band at the Westside Beer Garden to enjoy.

Generally camps and second homes neighborhood that people use for skiing and mountain biking. People enjoy the quiet nature based family friendly lifestyle of the neighborhood and mountain community. With 4 ponds at the base of the mountain there are a lot of water activities as well as hiking, picnic spots, and trails available to enjoy.
