A one-of-a-kind sparkling clean beach home approximately 6000 square feet of gorgeous ocean views with 3 split stories, 12 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and sleeps 28. The ocean is right in front of the house for swimming, surfing, and multi-level expanded decks with picnic tables and plenty of chairs for hours of dolphin and pelican watching! Or enjoy the ocean breeze in your own private hot tub for relaxation!
The first floor offers a huge dining room with dining tables that will seat 28 people (1 dining table will seat 22 people, 1 dining table will seat 6 people) plus a large smart TV. There are 3 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with double/double bunk. The well stocked kitchen includes more than enough dinnerware, flatware, pots/pans, coffee cups, glasses, slow cooker, blender, pitchers, and more . . .Occupancy on the first floor is 9. Oceanfront Villa also offers entertainment that is endless with a full size Pool Table, Foosball, Hot Tub, CD player, X-Box (bring your favorite game) and basketball.
Second floor : 1 king bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms plus 1 bedroom with two bunks (twin/twin) and twin/double. Plus dining tables with chairs. The occupancy is 13 on the second floor.
Third level: 1 King Master Suite and 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds, along with a convenient table and 6 chairs for snacking. The occupancy is 6 for the third floor. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A LOCKED OWNERS ROOM ON THIRD FLOOR THAT IS NOT FOR GUEST USE.
AMENITIES: Hot tub, pool table, basketball, foosball, gas grill, 3 full kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, ice maker machine, CD player, X-Box (bring your favorite game), 16 TVs, wifi internet, 3 refrigerators, 3 microwaves, 3 dishwashers. Dogs not permitted.
